Product Detail
Used for drainage of roads, railways, soft ground, tunnels, underground passages, sports fields, rooftop gardens and flower beds, highway drainage and vegetation protection, drainage revetments on collapsible slopes, lowland drainage and saline soil improvement systems.
Permeable pipes are a new type of pipe material with backflow filtration (drainage) function, and overcome many of the shortcomings of other drainage pipe materials. They utilize capillary action and the siphon principle to integrate water absorption, permeability and drainage. This provides pressure resistance, permeability and anti-filtration functions according to the requirements of the construction design.
Material:
1. High carbon steel thread: treated with phosphoric acid rust prevention, and covered with PVC on the outside to prevent corrosion caused by acid and alkali. Unique steel wire spiral framework keeps the surface of the pipe wall flat and bears pressure.
2. Non-woven fabric filter layer: ensures effective filtering and prevents sediment from entering the pipe.
3. Synthetic polyester fiber: high-strength polyester or nylon threads coated with PVC are used for the warp threads, and special fibers are used for the weft threads to provide sufficient tensile strength.
Advantages:
1. Anti-rust springs support the pipe body, forming a high pressure-resistant soft structure. The non-woven fabric interior filter prevents mud and sand impurities from entering the pipe, providing a clean seepage water function.
2. The outer wrapping layer of polyester thread has excellent water absorption and quickly collects excess water in the soil.
3. Rubber ribs organically integrate the pipe wall covering layer and the spring steel pipe body to achieve omnidirectional water permeability. The seepage water smoothly enters the pipe, while mud and sand impurities are blocked from the outside of the pipe, achieving the purpose of permeation, filtration and drainage.
