Geotextiles are mainly used in highways, roads, railways, embankments, earth dams, airports, sports fields and other projects.
Features
Geotextiles are used to improve the tensile strength and deformation resistance of soil, improve the stability of architectural structures, and improve soil quality. Because of their excellent strength and toughness and extremely high filtering effect, they are often used as reinforcement and filtering materials in road construction.
By laying geotextiles on a soft ground base, uneven settlement of the base can be suppressed without affecting drainage of the pavement. If the ground is soft and thick with silt, sand MATS can be laid on top and bottom of the geotextile. The geotextile method is easy to install and can keep costs low.
